- The cottages are let from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am, unless otherwise arranged.
- Flexible short breaks are available at quieter times of year (usually between November and March).
- Bed linen, towels, toilet tissue, cleaning and washing up liquid, salt and pepper are provided. (note you must supply bedding for cot).
- There is a charge for fuel and electricity. £20 per week - summer, £30 per week - winter.
- Dogs (2 well behaved maximum) are accepted. But please do not allow them on furniture and clean up behind them. (If you have more than two dogs please telephone to discuss). The charge for dogs is £16 per week or part thereof per pet.
- The cottages are thoroughly cleaned between lets but due to limited time for this please leave the cottage as clean and tidy as possible.
- Payment. We ask for one third of the hire charge as a deposit at time of booking please, the balance to be settled six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If you book within six weeks of your stay,the full amount is due with the booking. note that there is a discount of 20% for only 2 booking,(to 23 March 02 then 2nd November 02 to 22nd March 2003).
- Cancellations / Insurance: In the event of cancellation the hirer must advise us immediately. We shall do all we can to re-let the cottage and if this is possible we shall refund the balance of the rent. (The deposit will be refrained to cover costs). If we are unable to re-let the cottage the rent will be forfeited. It is advisable to take out holiday cancellation insurance, which is not expensive. As nobody likes to pay for a holiday they couldn't take.
- Please let us know about any damage or breakages, for your convenience and that of following vistors.
- The hirer shall allow proprietors or their employees entry to the premises for all reasonable purposes.
